Yoga is a combination of training the body, the breath and the mind. In Martins Yoga classes all three parts are trained, making it more than a body workout. Some classes like Ashtanga, Power and Runners Yoga are more dynamic in movement. Other classes like Relax Yoga and Meditation take more time to explore a pose. Different classes can be suitable to different needs and your needs can vary over time.
