Meditation helps to reduce stress, to listen better to oneself and to live more in the present moment (mindfulness). Meditation is formed by the last four of the eightfolded yoga-path, the "asht-anga" yoga. To reverse our senses to the inside instead of the outside, the focussing of our attention, keeping the focus and completely merge into the object of your attention are the four stadia of meditation.

Breathing is both a source of energy for our body and a way to release waste from the body. The yoga tradition pays a lot of attention to techniques of breathing to purify, feed and train the body.

I regularly organize meditation classes, but can also organize one on location like your company or a somewhere in nature.
